When developing the heating system concept, the goal was to achieve the most incredible comfort with maximum energy efficiency.

The optimal solution was to use a geothermal heat pump, which allowed the heating of the house, heating of hot water, heating of the pool in summer, and air conditioning of the house in summer.

The surface heating and cooling system (warm floors and cooling ceilings) provides a perfect combination with the heat pump as a low-temperature heat source.

A ventilation system with air recuperation and dehumidification will allow to maintain optimal temperature and humidity conditions in the house.
