The office and warehouse complex uses a geothermal heat pump for heating, cooling, and prepearing hot water. Vertical geothermal probes are located under the building footprint of the complex to save space. The radiant heating system solves the problem of efficient heat distribution in the warehouse part of the complex and the distribution of heat and cold in the office part of the building. In addition, such a system eliminated using fan coils as a source of noise, dust and the additional cost of an electric fan drive.
