The main goal was to reduce the consumption of energy resources and using the waste heat. As a result, the modernization of the cooling system of the technological process with the heat pump “water-water” brought the natural gas consumption reduction up to 84 000 m3 per year.

Recuperation of low-grade waste heat provides heating of the hot water supply system of the plant and heating 4000 m2 of the administrative building . Two previously used gas-fired boilers with a total capacity of 400 kW were withdrawn of reserve.
