The system of facade side regulation of heating and air conditioning of the building was applied. This solution allows cooling one part of the building simultaneously and heating the other.
This technology is relevant for buildings with different functions and structures with a solid solar insolation of one of the facades during the transition period between winter and summer.
Air-water type heat pump with redundancy from central heating networks is used. The ventilation system with high-efficiency recovery reduces the load on the heating of supply air. The heating of the first floor with a ceiling height of 6 meters is designed with ceiling water panels. The project was implemented with the financial support of the international agency USAID.
