We modernized the engineering systems of the house in two stages. In the first stage, the equipment replaced outdated ventilation systems with Passive House certificates and an accurate automation system (with motion sensors, presence detectors, and air quality control).

In the second phase, we installed a pellet boiler with an automatic pellet system.
